Sizing and Measurements: Refer to the size & measurements chart included (in images). Measurements listed in the size chart apply to this specific style. Please do not include allowances when taking measurements. Our dresses are made to order according to the size charts, not custom to your individual measurements. Please note that alterations might be required for a "perfect" fit.
Delivery: This style is cut-to-order. Allow up to 12 weeks delivery. Plan to receive it at least two weeks before the wedding. We strongly recommend ordering your dress 2-4 months in advance of the wedding, or earlier. If your order is ready before the projected date, it will be sent out earlier. Payment & Order Changes: Full payment for your order is required at the time of purchase and to begin production of your garment. Your order is binding within 24 hours of placement online. We are unable to change sizes or cancel orders after this time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Policy: All of our garments are made only after your order is placed. All sales are final. We will not be responsible should an incorrect size be ordered; please refer to our size chart when ordering. Should the item received be defective, please notify a PE Stylist immediately to request an accommodation. Any items requiring accommodation must be returned to us in the original condition within 5 days of receipt of said item.
